Ordering
You order through the cart on this site. After paying you get an email with your order number, and we start making your order. If we have a question about your personalization, we'll write to you before we print.
Prices and delivery
All prices are in euros (EUR). There are no extra fees at checkout, and there are no customs duties inside the EU.
Delivery to every EU country is free. The minimum order for delivery outside Bulgaria is €15. We choose the carrier (courier or post with tracking) based on your country.
In Bulgaria we deliver with Speedy or Econt to an office or an address: free over €40, otherwise you pay the courier's rate on delivery.
Making your order takes 1 to 5 working days. Delivery inside the EU usually takes another 3 to 10 working days, depending on the country.
Payment
Outside Bulgaria you pay online by card (Visa, Mastercard and others), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
In Bulgaria you can also pay cash on delivery.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just email us at info@veyora.art. The item must be unused. You pay for return shipping. We refund you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method, and we may wait until we receive the item back.
This does not apply to personalized items, meaning items with a name or text of your choice, because they are made especially for you.
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@veyora.art with a photo. We'll make it again or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
Personal data and cookies
We use your name, phone, email and address only to fulfil your order, and we share them with the carrier for delivery. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We don't share your details with anyone else. You can ask us to delete them by emailing info@veyora.art.
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only stores the contents of your cart, your chosen language and the fact that you closed the cookie notice. This data stays on your device and isn't sent to us until you place an order. Stripe's payment page uses its own necessary cookies to prevent fraud.
